Kelly’s Kitchen Tip’s
This is more frothy in consistency. If you prefer your cold foam to be a little thicker like whipped cream, double the amount of heavy cream (2 Tbsp) + powdered sugar (2 Heaping Tbsp) and reduce the amount of milk to 1/2 Tbsp or substitute with 2 Tbsp of your favorite coffee creamer for an extra flavor kick.
Don’t have a hand mixer? Add all of the ingredients to a glass or 8oz. jar. Close the jar tightly and shake the mixture vigorously until it turns into a smooth foam.
