Healthy Yogurt Dipped Graham Cracker Bites for Kids

If you’re searching for a healthy, kid-friendly snack that’s easy to make and perfect for warm weather, these Yogurt Dipped Graham Cracker Bites are a must-try! Made with vanilla Greek yogurt, honey graham crackers, and your choice of toppings, this no-bake snack is both refreshing and satisfying. I topped half with mixed berries and the other half with oat and honey granola for the perfect combo of creamy, crunchy, and naturally sweet. Not to mention, they’re a great option for teething toddlers, after-school treats, or even a light, freezer-friendly dessert. Best of all, you only need a few simple ingredients to bring these together!

A Snack That’s Easy to Customize

One of the best parts about these Yogurt Dipped Graham Cracker Bites is just how versatile they are. Whether you’re making them for your kids, meal prepping snacks for the week, or just craving a little something sweet and refreshing—they’re super easy to tailor to your taste.

Here are a few ways to switch things up:

  • Fresh or frozen berries:
I used a bag of frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and strawberries), but fresh chopped fruit works just as well! If you have fresh berries on hand, feel free to use those for a juicier bite and a little more texture.
  • Toppings galore:
You can truly use any topping you like—your favorite granola, crushed pretzels, chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips, shredded coconut… even a drizzle of honey or melted chocolate if you’re feeling fancy. Let the kids join in and build their own combos!
  • Play with yogurt flavors:
Don’t feel limited to plain yogurt. Try vanilla, honey, strawberry, or even a flavored Greek yogurt to add a subtle twist. Just make sure it’s thick enough to coat the graham crackers without getting runny.

Extra Tips for Success

  • Use full-fat or Greek yogurt for better texture and coating—thinner yogurts may slide off or not set as well.
  • Flash freeze before storing: After dipping and adding toppings, place the bites on a tray in the freezer for 1–2 hours, then transfer to a sealed container or bag for grab-and-go ease.
  • Store in the freezer: These treats are best stored frozen and enjoyed chilled, kind of like a yogurt bark bite—cool, creamy, and refreshing!

Equipment

  • Medium Sized Pan
  • Parchment Paper

Ingredients

  • 1 package Honey Graham Crackers
  • 1 cup Low-Fat Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 bag Frozen Mixed Berries, *see note
  • 1 bag Oats & Honey Granola, *see note

Instructions

  • Start by laying all your ingredients out, opened and ready to go on the surface you will be working on.
  • Prep your tray by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Begin by breaking your graham crackers into 4 equal sticks, along the indented lines and set aside.
  • Once you have created the amount of sticks you want to make, begin dipping them gently into the yogurt, about halfway down the cracker and set carefully onto the parchment lined baking tray.
  • Once you have all of your crackers dipped and set on the tray, begin placing your toppings. You may do half berries and half granola or mix the two topping for an even more flavor packed sweet treat!
  • Once your toppings are on, place your tray into the freezer for 1-2 hours until fully frozen. Once the yogurt & toppings are set, serve & enjoy!

Notes

  • I truly used no specific measurements for this recipe – I had all the ingredients I needed on hand and made as many as I was able to fit in my freezer/ that I knew my kids would eat within in the week.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 5. After that, the crackers begin to soften too much.
